Summary
We are seeking a creative, motivated and organised Communications and Engagement Coordinator to take the lead on our internal and external communications. This role will be key in shaping the FedBucks voice across digital platforms, media and stakeholder channels.
This role will suit someone with a "can do" attitude, excellent attention to detail and the ability to multi task, the need to meet tight deadlines and ability to work under pressure is essential.
PART TIME - 20 hours per week
Monday to Thursday - flexible pattern
2-3 days in Princes Risborough,
Salary 27,000 - 36,500 FTE
Pro rata - 16,000 - 19,500
Responsibilities
Develop engaging content that connects with diverse stakeholders across multiple formats both internally and externally.
Ensure all communications reflect FedBucks' tone, values and identity.
Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging content for various platforms.
Organise events and campaigns that align with our mission and values.
Contribute to the development of promotional materials, presentations and reports.
Maintain distribution lists for communications.
Support the development of educational materials for patients and staff.
Experience
Proven experience in delivering internal and external communications, ideally within healthcare, public sector or not for profit.
Track record of producing high quality content across multiple formats.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Familiarity with healthcare sector communication practices is preferred.
Confidence working with a range of stakeholders.
