What you'll be doing
You'll join a friendly, forward-thinking, and highly motivated team, working alongside specialists in news, strategic and digital communications, multimedia, events and design.
As Internal Communications and Engagement Officer, you will: Deliver compelling internal content--news bulletins, blogs, staff updates and more.
Translate complex corporate and national policing messages into engaging, accessible communications.
Lead on creative campaigns that drive collaboration and bring our organisational goals to life.
Work with stakeholders across the organisation to ensure consistent, audience-focused messaging.
Support internal change initiatives through effective communication strategies.

Have a relevant professional qualification or equivalent experience.
Bring substantial experience in an internal communications role within a large or complex organisation.
Are a confident, adaptable writer who can craft content for different audiences and channels.
Have a sharp eye for detail and excellent organisational skills.
Build strong relationships and work collaboratively with internal and external partners.
Are confident influencing others and managing multiple priorities.
