Are you a talented communications professional looking to make a real difference to people's lives? Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board is seeking a dynamic Communications and Engagement Officer to join our small but mighty team.
Working with colleagues across our health board, you'll create content that tells the story of our organisation, our services and our people. You'll use your exceptional writing skills and eye for design to help us engage audiences across internal and external channels, including social media and web.

The Communications and Engagement Officer will use excellent communications skills and creativity to engage, enthuse, persuade and influence audiences.
Using a range of platforms and software they will design and deliver campaigns, resources and activities that help to ensure colleagues feel listened to, informed and proud of the organisation they work for, and that maintain or improve the reputation of the health board. They will build and maintain strong relationships with staff, including executive directors and independent members. At all times, they will be an ambassador for our culture and values.
They will manage relationships with the media confidently, using sensitivity and good judgement to deal with potentially negative stories, and securing opportunities to raise the profile of CTMUHB while maintaining public trust and confidence in our services.
