A multifaceted role within the communications team covering PR, talent, and events. The role is primarily UK focused with opportunity to touch on EMEA, US and APAC. The successful candidate will be an integral part of the press office team, building direct press relationships, supporting on driving results, managing administrative tasks including reporting and budgeting.

Duties & Responsibilities:

\xc2\xb7 Work with Communications Manager to develop and implement product mapping, and both seasonal and project based communications plans.

\xc2\xb7 Support the Communications Manager to identify and compile the relevant target media lists ensuring a tailored approach to each project.

\xc2\xb7 Oversee all sample trafficking, working closely with the Sample Room Manager to drive and respond to all sample and image requests.

\xc2\xb7 Stay up to date with industry movements, communicating these to the team, and ensuring relevant databases are up to date.

\xc2\xb7 Work with Talent and Events Manager to coordinate press and VIP gifting and loans in UK and international markets.

\xc2\xb7 Write initial drafts for Q&A / Interview requests for Senior Management Team where appropriate.

\xc2\xb7 Create and distribute product mailers (seasonal and trend focused).

\xc2\xb7 Support team on ensuring international communications teams and agencies receive relevant press and marketing materials in a timely manner.

\xc2\xb7 Brief and manage flow of information with Image team in a timely manner on Asana. Track delivery of assets for the team, including seasonal press-kits, project decks and press releases.

\xc2\xb7 Support in the creation of the UK and US Editor gifting strategy and co-ordinate the execution.

\xc2\xb7 Compile and share market intelligence including competitor activity (shows, events and VIP sponsorship), up and coming VIP and influencers for key markets.

\xc2\xb7 Manage all types of reporting: weekly coverage reports, product focus reports, forthcoming, best press. Supporting on drafting the monthly communications reports.

\xc2\xb7 Regularly update contacts database (Launchmeterics) with new editors\' details. Customise event mailing lists, prior to image and press release distribution, to ensure targeted press receive appropriate materials.

\xc2\xb7 Support at Brand and Comm\'s events when required - including hosting, guest check in, invitation distribution and follow up, etc.

\xc2\xb7 Budget and invoice tracking.

\xc2\xb7 Brief press releases into copywriter.

\xc2\xb7 Assist with bi-annual stock take alongside Sample Room Manager.

Skills & Experience Required:

\xc2\xb7 Experience in an agency or in-house communications role\xe2\x80\x8b\xe2\x80\x8b.

\xc2\xb7 Excellent writing and communication skills.

\xc2\xb7 Ability to effectively manage time and work in a fast-paced environment.

\xc2\xb7 Strong organisational and administrative skills.

\xc2\xb7 Passionate about luxury brands, the fashion industry and an active interest in the wider cultural sector.

\xc2\xb7 Keep up to speed on key industry titles and publications.

\xc2\xb7 Good knowledge of Launchmeterics and Fashion Monitor, DMR.
