As a Communications Business Partner, you will be joining a fast-paced Internal Communications team within Chase UK\'s Customer Operations business and directly support the Operational Communications Lead. You will be responsible for executing the communications strategy across our core banking functions; Everyday Banking, Banking Operations, Fraud and Financial Crime

Job Responsibilities:

• You will work with numerous stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand and deliver new content, so it\'s important that you can build positive relationships, prioritize workloads and manage expectations
• As we scale-up and the team grows, you will have the opportunity to specialize in one or two of these functions, in line with operational needs
• Outstanding communication skills, and be able to flex your style between corporate and storytelling, maintaining our warm and friendly tone of voice
• While the bank is still in growth mode, you\'ll need to remain agile and work with a certain amount of ambiguity too
• Our employee engagement scores are off the scale and we want to keep it that way, so we need you to LOVE people and have a passion for inspiring them through communication

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

• Experience gained within a similar role and environment
• You will need to be competent in MS Office. We use other software packages such as Salesforce Chatter and Adobe Creative Cloud so previous experience of these applications or something similar would also be helpful
• You will find new and innovative ways to keep our people informed and engaged, while delivering \'on brand\' communications
• Experience of delivering in-person and virtual events such as town halls and fireside chats, along with some digital communications and internal campaigning experience

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:

• Qualifications in this field are useful but not essential, however, experience
