About the role and the Team:





We are looking to appoint a Communication & Engagement Manager to help drive awareness and consideration within our target areas. This role will be responsible for communications (PR and social media) to support local engagement activities that you will be planning and executing, with agency support.


What will you be doing?




Developing and implementing communication and engagement strategies that support our KPIs, organising events, workshops and communication campaigns. Building strong relationships with key influencers within our target areas who will support our activities Assessing the needs of the community, identifying opportunities that we can support Maintaining relationships with key media contacts Creation and execution of our social media content across X, Meta and LinkedIN. Working with agencies to deliver the communication and engagement strategy

What we are looking for?:




Previous experience in a similar role Degree level in English Language or similar Understanding of local influencer led social media Strong presentation and communication skills Management of social media channels to drive brand awareness Experience creating news releases and distributing to key media contacts Confident and able to communicate with senior stakeholders
