The Bspoke Group Marketing & Communications Team is on the lookout for a talented Communications Executive to help bring our internal messaging to life in innovative and impactful ways.
In this role, you'll take the lead on delivering our internal communications plan, ensuring colleagues across the Group feel informed, connected, and inspired. From managing our intranet, The Hub, to writing engaging news updates and announcements from the Bspoke Newsroom, your way with words will make a real difference. Bonus points if you have an eye for design - we'd love you to help us elevate our communications with creative visuals using tools like Canva or InDesign.
This is a highly collaborative role where you'll work closely with stakeholders across the business - including our Group company leaders and central People and Compliance teams - to ensure communications are inclusive, timely, and aligned to our values. You'll also support the planning and delivery of internal events and colleague engagement activities that bring our culture to life.
You'll also provide flexible support as needed to ensure the smooth delivery of marketing objectives and activities across the department. This may include assisting with the creation and delivery of email campaigns, supporting performance reporting and analysis, and contributing to external communication efforts.
What we're looking for:
You'll have some hands on experience in marketing and/or a communications role, ideally within the financial services or insurance sector. Sector experience isn't essential, however we do need someone with in-role experience.
A background in writing, journalism, or content creation - you know how to grab attention and make complex topics easy to understand.
Excellent communication skills - you're confident, clear, and creative with words.
Design skills, with experience using tools like InDesign and Canva to produce engaging visual content.
Hands-on knowledge of social media platforms such as LinkedIn and Instagram, and how to use them strategically.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
A collaborative, people-first mindset - you're approachable, empathetic, and a team player through and through.
