Do you want to join a leading international, independent real estate consultancy with an all together different approach? Are you a Communications Executive looking for that next step in their career?


We have an exciting opportunity for a Communications Executive to join the Business Development team reporting to the internal communications manager with a dotted line to the external communications manager. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves writing, is digitally savvy and thrives on variety. You'll play a key part in how we communicate - inside and out - by managing content across our website, social channels, internal platforms and campaigns in our Dynamics CRM.

The key responsibilities for the role:




Content & Campaigns




Plan, write and edit compelling copy for articles, insight pieces, social media and email campaigns Own our content calendar - helping shape it, keep it on track and deliver it Research topics and interview internal experts to shape and draft content Write and build CRM campaigns (email) using Dynamics Lead, take ownership and deliver smaller 'hub' campaigns Work with and brief inhouse design team to create visual content e.g. video, infographics, gifs.


Digital

& Social Media



Keep our website fresh and up to date - adding and editing content via our CMS Plan, write and post regular content to our social channels (mainly LinkedIn),engaging with industry news and amplifying employee stories Track performance and provide insights on digital and social metrics
Support colleagues across the business to raise their digital profile, particularly on LinkedIn




Internal Communications




Coordinate and produce Hollis Insider, our internal newsletter, on a fortnightly basis Help update our content calendar and keep it aligned with our strategic goals and values Keep our intranet fresh and up to date including adding and editing content, reviewing branding etc. Help manage our internal comms tools including office screens and Viva Engage Draft and edit content for internal updates and engagement campaigns Support on internal campaigns, employer branding and employee initiatives
Help measure engagement and identify gaps




Other bits

you'll get involved in



Stakeholder engagement - carefully manage stakeholder relationships, setting expectations and delivering on agreed commitments Support on award entries - writing, editing and managing timelines Assist with delivery of wider marketing and strategic comms projects in partnership with the marketing director (e.g. new website build)
Help ensure our brand is consistently applied across templates and collateral




Skills &

Experience required:



Relevant work experience in marketing, social media or communications Degree educated, minimum 2:1 Strong interest in the built environment and the role of real estate in shaping a better world A confident writer with excellent attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent social media and digital marketing skills Strong organisational and planning skills Comfortable working across multiple channels and formats Digitally savvy and eager to learn about our platforms and develop a self-taught expertise Curious, proactive and keen to learn Team player who enjoys collaborating with others Creative flair with an eye for detail Planning and time management Commercially aware Analytical and willing to learn reporting
