About the role
As an Entry-Level Communications Executive, you will provide foundational support and execute across core communications activities. This role is ideal for someone who has just graduated, is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a high-performing team.
Responsibilities
Schedule content using CMS tools (e.g., Contentful) and email platforms (e.g., SendGrid)
Build marketing assets for CRM campaigns
Conduct research, maintain media lists, and update content trackers to support communications efforts.
Manage and update content calendar- including activity for social media and marketing emails.
Willingness to learn brand guidelines and contribute to internal documentation.
Support the creation of email campaigns and develop engagement-focused communications.
Handle basic community management tasks, including responding to Trustpilot and Google reviews, using macros for consistency and collaborating with C.ops for escalations on review.
Produce monthly social commentary reports to track performance and insights.
Support senior team members with administrative tasks and data analysis as needed.
Learn and apply brand guidelines and TOV, and contribute to internal documentation to ensure brand consistency.
What you'll need to succeed
Prior relevant professional experience, for example, internship or placement year.
Undergraduate in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Basic understanding of social media platforms and content management systems.
Experience in conducting research and organise information effectively.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic knowledge of Google Workspace tools.
Nice to have:
Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., SendGrid) or CMS tools (e.g., Contentful).
Familiarity with community management platforms (e.g., Trustpilot, Google Reviews).
Basic understanding of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights).
