We are looking for an experienced Communications Lead to play a pivotal role within our Services function. This is a high-impact opportunity for someone who can confidently partner with senior leaders, influence across a multi-site organisation, and deliver communications that truly make a difference.


You are an experienced professional with a strong background in internal or customer communications within fast-paced, complex, multi-site customer service centric organisations, ideally with a deep knowledge of the property management or retirement living industry.


You have a proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities with ease, create and deliver communication plans, engage with diverse audiences, and drive strategic messaging that promotes colleague engagement and drives organisational change. With your excellent verbal and written communication skills, creativity, attention to detail, and proactive approach to problem-solving, you can demonstrate how you can play a vital role in shaping and delivering impactful communications that support business priorities

Your Impact




In this role, you will take ownership of communications for the Services function - developing and delivering a clear, engaging communications strategy that aligns with our wider business priorities.


You will be a trusted adviser to senior leaders, a connector across teams, and a champion for colleague voice and customer advocacy. Working at the heart of the business, you will translate strategy into stories, values into action, and change into clarity - ensuring colleagues and customers alike feel informed, engaged, and heard.

What You will Be Doing



Leading Strategic Communications



Develop and deliver an effective communications strategy for the Services function, ensuring consistency, impact, and alignment with organisational priorities.

Engaging Colleagues



Translate business direction, values, and change initiatives into compelling, accessible communications for diverse and hard-to-reach audiences. Deliver tools, channels, and forums that give colleagues a voice and encourage feedback and collaboration.

Championing Customer Advocacy



Develop proactive communications that build positive sentiment and advocacy among existing customers.

Your Attributes



5+ years' experience in a communications role, partnering with senior leaders Strong experience developing and delivering strategic communications plans A proven ability to communicate complex change and transformation clearly and effectively Excellent writing, editing, and creative skills, with great attention to detail Experience managing end-to-end events and multi-stakeholder projects The confidence to prioritise, push back when needed, and focus on what matters most
