We are a growing AI, Cloud and Data consultancy working with ambitious businesses on genuinely interesting problems. Our delivery work is strong. Our challenge? Turning that work into clear stories people actually understand.
That's where you come in.
We are looking for a graduate-level Communications Lead who can help shape how we talk about what we do - to customers, partners (including AWS), and the wider market.
This is not a traditional marketing role. It's about writing, storytelling, clarity, and making smart work visible.
What you will be doing
You will work closely with our CEO and technical leadership to:
Turn real delivery work into clear stories, posts, case studies and website content
Own our LinkedIn and content output (organic, thoughtful, consistent - not salesy)
Help shape how we describe our services and why we're different
Write customer case studies, short blogs, newsletters and partner updates
Support partner communications with AWS (updates, proof points, simple enablement content)
Make sure good work doesn't disappear into Slack and Jira never to be seen again
You will be pulling raw input from technical teams and turning it into something polished, clear and human.
What we are looking for
This role would suit someone who:
Is a strong writer first (communications, journalism, media, English, or similar background)
Is curious and enjoys learning about technical subjects (you don't need to be technical)
Can take vague input and turn it into something structured and clear
Is organised enough to keep things moving week to week
Is confident asking questions and pushing for clarity
Enjoys working closely with senior people and being trusted with real responsibility
You don't need years of experience. You do need good judgement, strong writing skills, and the confidence to say "this doesn't make sense yet."
What this role is not
Not performance marketing
Not paid ads heavy
Not cold outreach or lead gen
Not designing fancy brand systems or doing high-production video
Not sitting in a corner waiting for instructions
This is a hands-on, thinking role with visibility across the business.
