The Communications team plays a crucial role in our success. Leading on communications and managing a small team, you\xe2\x80\x99ll live our AGAME values and help shape our desired culture and brand. With high standards and great communication skills, the Communications Lead will work closely with the leadership team so that we maintain a well-known, distinctive, and admired brand for our colleagues and customers.

Supporting the Director of People, you will lead on strategic and operational communications, marketing, social media and public relations, ensuring that our comms strategy is delivered.Naturally, you\xe2\x80\x99ll also be an excellent ambassador, developing strong relationships with our stakeholders, colleagues, and customers.

About you:

You will be responsible for maintain communication channels with our customer, create effective social media and PR campaigns that make a meaningful impact, drive engagement and guide team members. A creative mind, and an eye for detail you will be able to liaise with a range of key stakeholders in the business, have a level of political awareness and an interest in social housing. You will report directly to the Director of People, but will support the wider leadership team and work closely with communications for colleagues across the business
