Select Car Leasing is looking for a Communications Lead to take ownership of all customer-facing and internal communications across the business.
This is a hands-on, strategic role where you'll define how we communicate with customers throughout the end-to-end vehicle leasing journey, while also shaping clear and effective internal communications in a fast-growing organisation. You'll work closely with CX, Marketing, Operations, Product, Sales, and Leadership to improve customer experience, reduce friction, and keep teams aligned.
What You'll Do
Own and improve customer communications across the full leasing lifecycle
Review and optimise customer touchpoints including email, SMS, portal messaging, and website content
Ensure communications are clear, on-brand, and reduce customer confusion and inbound queries
Translate complex processes into simple, customer-friendly language
Define and maintain tone of voice and communication standards
Use data and feedback to continuously improve communication effectiveness
Own internal communications including business updates, operational changes, and strategic initiatives
Ensure the right information reaches the right teams at the right time
Support senior leaders with clear, well-structured internal messaging
Work closely with Product and Technology teams to embed communications into digital journeys
