Oversee the digital communications within the organisation across all platforms

Key Duties:

Find and tell the story of Bayley & Sage and our products, the provenance and quality across all communication platforms. Creates and disseminates clear, engaging and informative content across multiple channels, including emails, newsletters, Digital social media, and intranet updates. Ensure consistent messaging across all external platforms within B&S by developing our brand voice and positioning. Reports to founder and in the course of the role collaborates with a range of senior stakeholders to ensure cohesive and consistent communication plans are in place. Internal communication, includes collating and administering all POS requirements which includes POS holders, acrylic blocks, leaflet holders, postcards, clips, etc. Organise the distribution and storage afterwards of all seasonal decorations - Halloween, Christmas, Valentines, Easter, identifying items for disposal and organising new when required which includes obtaining quotes for approval. Update all social media platforms - FB, IG, Google, (address, telephone numbers, email address, opening hours), post in line with current campaigns, product features/launches/promotions and seasonal messages and respond to customer comments/messages in a timely manner. Communicate CSR activity. Maintain company's brand standards and continually promote employer brand narrative, voice and tone across all internal communications. Develop and maintain a comprehensive communications calendar, to ensure timely and relevant messaging. Measure the impact and effectiveness of communications initiatives using key metrics and analytics and adjust the plans accordingly. Act as an internal communications advisor to senior leaders and managers. Coordinate internal communication for any group news and messaging - ensuring alignment with the operating divisions internal communications counterparts.
We require the following:

Degree in Communications, Marketing, Digital Marketing or PR.
5 years experience in a similar role, preferably in the food or food retail industry.
A passion for food and quality and a motivation to learn.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in planning and delivering email campaigns and newsletters, segment audiences and tailor messaging.
Experience of managing email platforms and databases (GDPR-compliant).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 50,000.00 per year
