This role supports the delivery of clear, consistent and engaging brand-led communications across multiple channels and touchpoints. You will play a key role in enhancing brand perception and increasing awareness of Brighton & Hove Buses and Metrobus.
Key duties and responsibilities:
Support the development and delivery of communications that promote our services and brand values
Ensure all communications are aligned with brand guidelines and reflect our tone of voice across print, digital and in-person channels
Maintain and update branded assets and communications materials, including bus fleet visuals, signage and printed collateral
Coordinate the production and distribution of bus timetables, service guides and promotional leaflets, ensuring accuracy and consistency
Assist in the planning and execution of communications projects, including new bus launches and service changes
You will need:
Essential
Experience in communications, marketing or brand management within a multi-channel business environment
Strong project management and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and consistency
Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external partners
Experience of working across branded materials and communications assets
Good time management skills, working with direction from the Brand Project Manager
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a wider team
