Summary

We are seeking a passionate Cafe Manager to lead our cafe operations and to support our wider food offer at Circle. This role is pivotal in creating a welcoming environment where community members can enjoy delicious food while connecting with one another. The Cafe Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and customer service.

Responsibilities

Manage daily cafe operations, including staff supervision and scheduling. Ensure high standards of food preparation and presentation. Maintain compliance with food safety regulations and health standards. Develop menus that reflect community preferences and seasonal ingredients. Foster a welcoming atmosphere for customers and encourage community engagement. Train and mentor cafe staff and volunteers to deliver exceptional service. Monitor inventory levels and manage ordering processes effectively.

Requirements

Proven experience in a cafe or restaurant management role. Strong culinary skills with a focus on food preparation and safety. Excellent team management abilities with a passion for hospitality. Good understanding of food production processes and menu development. Ability to create a positive environment that promotes community interaction.

Pay: 24,570.00-26,325.00 per year
