Health Care Assistant

to join our team here at Walfinch Reigate and Horsham branch.

Able to work independently as well as part of a team. Empathetic to people and kind. Good communication skills. A desire to genuinely help other people and make a difference. Full driving licence and your own vehicle is essential.

Key Health Care Assistant responsibilities:

Each client is different, but your duties may include; preparing and cooking meals, light housekeeping, personal care, companionship, shopping and administration of medication. Accurately report, record and maintain records as required and adhere to care plans and risk assessments. Be a kind, empathetic and people person who works well in a team. Being a really fun person who is reliable and a team player.
