We have an exciting role on offer within our, Prevention, Provider & Support service as a Community Care Assistant.
We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, and experienced individual to join our established team at the Community Inclusion Day Service.
You will provide direct care and support to adults with autism and associated learning disabilities. This includes planning and delivering, person-centred, creative support programmes that enhance people's lives and learning.
What We're Looking For:
A strong understanding of autistic needs and the ability to support individuals with behaviours of concern.*
Knowledge of Positive Behavioural Support (PBS) principles (desirable).*
Excellent communication skills and a commitment to promoting independence and inclusion.*
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality, person-centred care and support.*
Develop and implement creative activities that promote learning and wellbeing.*
Work collaboratively with individuals, families, and professionals to achieve positive outcomes.*
