About the Role




As a Community Care Assistant you will provide the highest standards of care for our service users throughout the day, understand their care needs, and support and engage with them. You will work on a rota pattern that you will receive in advance to help you plan ahead and create a good work-life balance. Your work pattern will entail day shifts between the hours of 7am and 10pm.


We operate in Widnes and surrounding areas.

Duties and Responsibilities:


As the contracted provider for Halton Council, we are looking for:

Reliable, hard-working people with a genuine desire to care. Providing care and support to vulnerable adults within their own homes Visiting our service users to assist with tasks, from light domestic duties to full personal care. Visiting a number of regular service users within the area Assisting with meal preparation, medication administration, laundry, light domestic duties, bathing, dressing and continence requirements. You will also provide much needed companionship to people within our community. You will need a good sense of humour and a great deal of common sense. The successful applicant will demonstrate their communication skills and ability to work in partnership with the service users.

Please note this role is also known as Carer, Care Assistant, Care Worker and Domiciliary Care Assistant



Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent



Hours of work: Full and part time shifts work pattern will entail day shifts between the hours of 7am and 10pm and weekend working.
