The Role: Making a Real Impact

You will deliver person-centred care that supports client independence and wellbeing in their own homes.

Personal Support:

Assisting clients with washing, dressing, and toileting.

Health:

Meal preparation, hydration support, and medication assistance.

Companionship:

Providing emotional support and mobility help.

Household Help:

Assisting with light tasks (e.g., tidying, changing linens).

Documentation:

Logging visits easily using our

Beehive Care app

.

Shifts That Work for Your Life

We offer stable contracts with flexible options:

Full-Time:

37.5 hours per week

over 5 days (includes alternate weekends).

Part-Time:

Flexible shifts based on your availability, requiring a minimum of

3+ morning or evening shifts per week

Extra Hours:

Optional extra shifts are available via our

What You'll Need

Driving is Essential:

Full UK driving licence

and

access to a reliable car

for covering rural routes.

Rural Readiness:

Confidence driving in rural areas and country lanes.

Qualities:

A

caring, dependable nature

and passion for helping others.

Technology:

Comfort using a smartphone for rotas and care notes.

Eligibility:
