Job Description
We now require Community Care Workers to join our team and to work flexibly, covering weekdays/weekends. All enquires welcome, various shifts available.
Benefits
Our Staff are paid up to 12.50 per hour (Monday to Sunday). You will also receive driving time pay and your mileage is paid at 45p per mile. Uniform Supplied, Company mobile and ID Badge Support to complete your QCF level 2 in Health and Social Care and all the mandatory training which is required by our Governing Body (CIW). First year of Social Care Wales registration fee paid Double time for key festive bank holidays Employee discount via the Blue Light Scheme
There is scope within the business to develop and the opportunity to complete a QCF3, QCF4 and QCF5.
Driving Licence and access to a car is ESSENTIAL for this post.
You are required to work as part of a team, have good communication and listening skills, be able to respond to an emergency appropriately and to carry out instruction as directed by the Home Care Manager.
