Job Summary

We have multiple vacancies for the following,

Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday, 07:00 - 22:00 Week 1

Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 07:00 - 22:00 Week 2

Above shifts can be split to 07:00 - 14:30 and or 14:30 - 22:00

You must have a full UK drivers Licence and a vehicle for work purposes.
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to provide high-quality care to individuals in need of assistance. The ideal candidate will have experience in various care settings, including care homes, assisted living facilities, and hospice care. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by supporting their daily activities and ensuring their comfort and safety.

Duties

Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, and meal preparation. Implement and follow care plans tailored to each client's needs. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment. Assist with mobility and heavy lifting as required to ensure client safety. Monitor clients' health and report any changes or concerns to nursing staff or family members. Support clients with dementia care and behaviour management techniques as needed. Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients by performing light housekeeping duties. Document care provided and maintain accurate records of client progress.

Requirements

Previous experience in caregiving or related fields such as nursing or patient care is preferred. Knowledge of care plans and the ability to implement them effectively. Experience with dementia care and behaviour management is advantageous. Ability to perform heavy lifting and assist clients with mobility challenges. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. A compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others improve their quality of life. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends if required.

Pay: 12.50-13.70 per hour
