13.10 per hour (weekdays) | 14.00 per hour (weekends)

We are looking for caring, dependable, and motivated people to join our growing team of Community Care Workers. Whether you're experienced or new to care, we provide full training, paid induction, and ongoing mentorship to help you thrive in your role.

Your Role Will Involve:

Providing person-centred care and support in people's homes Assisting with personal care, meals, medication, and moving and handling Promoting independence and offering emotional support Following safeguarding procedures and reporting any concerns appropriately Working with colleagues, families, social workers, and health professionals to deliver excellent care

We Are Looking For Individuals Who Are:

Caring, reliable, and motivated to make a difference Good communicators who can work independently and as part of a team Hold a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle Available to work mornings, evenings, and weekends Experienced in care or new to the sector - full training is provided

We provide care across Pembrokeshire and will do our best to keep you working in your local area.
