Due to continued growth, we're looking for caring, reliable and motivated Community Care Workers to join our friendly team. Whether you already work in care or you're completely new to the sector, we provide full paid training, induction and ongoing support to help you succeed.

What you'll receive

Your role will include

Providing person-centred care and support in people's own homes Assisting with personal care, meals, medication and moving and handling Promoting independence, dignity and choice Offering emotional support and companionship Following safeguarding procedures and reporting concerns Working alongside families, colleagues and health professionals to deliver excellent care

We're looking for people who are

Kind, compassionate and dependable Good communicators who can work independently and in a team Motivated to make a real difference in their community Hold a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle Available for mornings, evenings and weekends
