A Role That Works Around You
We know life isn't one-size-fits-all. That's why we offer flexible working options to suit your lifestyle:
Full-Time:
37.5 hours/week across 5 days
Part-Time:
Flexible hours to match your availability
Alternate weekends included
Shift Options:
Morning: 07:00 - 14:00
Midday: 10:00 - 16:00
Evening: 16:00 - 22:00
We ask for a minimum of 3 morning or evening shifts per week, and you can pick up extra hours through our Click to Care app. We'll build a rota that works for you--because we care about our carers just as much as our clients.
What You'll Do
Every visit is a chance to brighten someone's day. You'll support clients with:
Personal care that promotes independence and dignity
Meal preparation and hydration support
Medication prompts or administration
Light household tasks (laundry, tidying, fresh bedding)
Safe mobility and movement assistance
Friendly conversation, reassurance, and companionship
Quick, simple care recording via our mobile app
You'll often be the only person a client sees that day--your presence matters.
What You'll Need
Full UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle
Confidence driving in rural areas and remote locations
The right to work in the UK (we're unable to offer sponsorship)
A caring nature and a commitment to quality care
Basic smartphone confidence--we'll support you every step of the way

45p per mile travel allowance
