We offer flexibility built around your availability, with structured and rewarding work:
Full-Time
: 37.5 hours across 5 days/week
Part-Time
: Flexibility offered - let's shape a rota together
Shift Blocks include
:
Mornings: 7:00am - 2:00pm
Midday: 10:00am - 4:00pm
Evenings: 4:00pm - 10:00pm
All roles include a mix of morning/evening shifts and alternate weekends

Your Role - Care that Connects
As a Community Carer, you'll visit people in their own homes to deliver personalised support that helps them live independently. Each day offers variety, connection and purpose:
Assist with personal care respectfully (washing, dressing, toileting)
Prepare meals and encourage hydration
Provide medication prompts or administration
Offer companionship and a reassuring presence
Support safe mobility and movement
Help with light household tasks (laundry, fresh sheets, tidying up)
Record visits using our simple smartphone app
Your presence will bring stability, confidence and kindness to those who need it most.
What You'll Need
Full UK driving licence and reliable access to a car
Right to work in the UK (we're unable to offer sponsorship)
A dependable nature and a genuine desire to support others
Basic smartphone confidence (training provided)
