We are seeking a female carer to provide support to several clients within close proximity. Each client has small, low-level care needs, but requires consistent support to maintain independence, hygiene, and safety at home.
The role is ideal for a carer who prefers:

One primary client requires twice-daily personal care, while the other clients need short, supportive visits such as prompting, washing assistance, dressing support, meal preparation or wellbeing checks.
Duties
We are seeking a female carer to provide daily home-care support to an individual who requires assistance with personal care, mobility, and establishing a safe morning and evening routine. The service user receives support twice daily and requires consistent, compassionate care to maintain independence and wellbeing.
The client's husband currently provides additional support in the home and is keen to continue long-term. The service user uses a stick and mobility aid and experiences both good and difficult days with her mobility.
Key Responsibilities
Morning Round (around 10:30-11:00)
Depending on the client, duties may include:
Strip wash or shower support
Dressing and personal hygiene assistance
Light meal or drink preparation
Safe mobility assistance
Encouragement to complete morning routines
Wellbeing check and home safety check
Evening Round (around 19:30-20:00)
Duties may include:
Personal care before bedtime
Dressing into nightwear
Support with mobility aids
Medication prompting (if required)
Settling clients safely for the evening
Client Needs & Support Notes
All clients have smaller needs, often personal care or simple support tasks.
One client has fluctuating mobility and uses a walking stick or mobility aid.
Clients live near each other, making travel easy and efficient.
Families are supportive and appreciate consistent, compassionate care.
Essential Requirements
Female carer only (due to personal care preferences).
Experience with personal care and assisting mobility.
Ability to work independently and complete short visits efficiently.
Good communication, reliability, and professionalism.
Preferred: Driver with access to a car for safe and timely travel between clients.
Experience
Previous experience in nursing home settings, home care, or assisted living environments is highly desirable.
Knowledge of patient care practices, medication administration, and dementia or Alzheimer's care is essential.
Experience with caregiving for seniors or individuals with special needs such as autism or physical disabilities is advantageous.
Familiarity with hospice care principles and child caregiving can be beneficial.
Valid driving licence and experience in transportation of clients preferred.
Demonstrated ability to handle heavy lifting safely and perform physically demanding tasks regularly.
Certification in first aid and basic life support is preferred but not mandatory; training can be provided if necessary.
