Summary of role

Provide compassionate support and assistance to individuals in their daily activities.

Administer personal care and medication as required.

Assist individuals with mobility and physical tasks.

Engage individuals in meaningful activities to promote well-being.

Maintain accurate records of client progress and needs.

Communicate effectively with individuals, families, and healthcare professionals.

Ensure a safe and hygienic environment for individuals.

Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.

Experience is not essential as full training is provided.

A valid driving license is an advantage but not mandatory.

Excellent communication skills with a caring attitude to improving quality of care is essential.

Guaranteed hours shifts 0700 - 1400 and /or 1600 - 2200

Flexible working patterns also considered

Ability to work alternate weekends is essential
