Evaris Care provides high-quality domiciliary and adult social care services 365 days a year, operating from 7:30 am to 10:30 pm daily.

The Role



We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Care Workers to join our team. As a Care Worker, you will provide a service that is designed to meet the individual needs of our clients, promoting their rights, choices, independence, and quality of life. Your role is to support, not to take over, enabling clients to live as independently as possible.

Duties may include:



Assisting with all aspects of personal care, such as personal hygiene, dressing, and grooming. Assisting clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as meal preparation, medication administration, and mobility support. Monitoring patient health by observing vital signs and reporting any changes to the appropriate healthcare professionals. Maintaining a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping tasks and ensuring proper hygiene practices. . Engage clients in meaningful activities that promote social interaction and cognitive stimulation. Supporting clients with Alzheimer's care, dementia care, or other memory-related conditions through specialized techniques. Providing companionship and support with a holistic approach to health and well-being.

What We Offer



Pay:

Up to 13.05 per hour.

Mileage:

0.40 per mile.

Flexible Working:

The company offers full-time or part-time hours, as well as contracted or bank positions.

Training:

All staff undergo an induction process. This includes completing the nationally recognized Care Certificate and other mandatory training courses. They also provide training in specialist areas to offer personalized support for various illnesses or disabilities.

Continuity of Shifts:

Evaris Care aims to provide continuity with a dedicated care team to help build meaningful relationships and quickly identify changes in a client's health or well-being.

Supportive Environment:

Evaris has a dedicated customer care team to answer questions and provide support as needed. They also have an out-of-hours team for urgent matters.

Blue Light Card:

Employees have access to a Blue Light Card.

Previous experience:

This is desirable, but not essential as full training can be given.
