What We Offer:

Flexible Shifts

: Choose from part-time, full-time, weekend, morning, or evening shifts.

Contracted Hours

Competitive Pay

: 14.00 per hour (Mon-Fri), 15.30 per hour (Sat-Sun).

Annual Salary

: Full-time equivalent

per annum.

Bank Holiday Pay

: Enhanced rates for working on bank holidays.

Mileage Allowance

: 40p per mile for local travel.

What Will You Be Doing?

As a Care Worker with Serve Homecare, you will play a vital role in assisting our clients with a variety of tasks, helping them maintain their independence and dignity. Some of the support you will provide includes:

Light cleaning, laundry, and shopping. Meal preparation and medication assistance. Personal care, including bathing and washing. Accompanying clients to medical appointments and social activities. Supporting clients in attending day centres or other appointments.
