AHP Homecare are now recruiting for the position of Domiciliary / Community Care Worker THROUGHOUT Derbyshire & BEYOND.

The Person

At AHP Homecare as well as your job we place a strong emphasis on training and development whether that be online courses or in person class based courses. We give all carers the choice to advance further with their NVQ's if they wish to.

The Role

Looking after a young adult every Saturday & Sunday Ability to drive Service Users minivan Tending to the needs of the Service user whether they choose to stay indoors or want to go out Personal Care, Dressing, Medication, Food Preparation, Social Activities.

For Domiciliary / Community Care Worker role, you must have:

At least 3 months experience as a Domiciliary / Community Care Worker (Desirable) No Experience?? - Full training can be given Able to provide 2 clinical UK references from your current/previous employer Be available for alternative weekends. Drivers License and ability to drive a minivan size vehicle

The Job

It will be varied but the main focus will be on delivering hands-on person-centered care to our service users and will include:
