About the Role

We're looking for caring, reliable and compassionate

Community Care Workers

to join our friendly Home Care team.
You'll be supporting people in their own homes to live as independently and comfortably as possible -- helping with daily routines, personal care, companionship and practical tasks that make a real difference.

Whether you're helping someone get ready for the day, preparing a meal, or sharing a cup of tea and conversation, your role is all about kindness, respect and reassurance.

What You'll Do

Provide

personal care and support

with daily routines. Assist with

meal preparation, light household tasks and shopping

. Prompt or administer

medication

safely (training provided). Offer

companionship

and emotional support to reduce loneliness. Encourage independence and help people stay active in their communities. Keep accurate

records

and communicate any concerns to the care team.

About You

Kind, patient and compassionate. Reliable, trustworthy and professional. Good communication and time management skills. Previous experience in care helpful, but not essential - full training is provided. Must be 18+ and able to pass an Enhanced DBS check. Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred (depending on area).
