St Gemma's Hospice is seeking a Community Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) who is passionate about delivering holistic care and supporting patients in a community setting. ?This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and have the opportunity to support current service developments.

You will need:
Significant experience at Band 5 working in specialist palliative care or caring for palliative care patients in a community or hospital setting
Experience and knowledge of symptom management
Ability to communicate effectively in complex clinical situations and with colleagues
Desire to be part of a flexible and ambitious multi-disciplinary team
A driving licence and access to a car for work related purposes

We play a key role in influencing the future of palliative care in Leeds through the citywide Leeds Palliative Care Network. We are a leader in palliative care research, education and evidence into practice and are the first University Teaching Hospice.
