Job Description



We're looking for a Community & Content Editor to deliver outstanding editorial and community-driven content that reflects the real voices, challenges and ambitions of the partnership marketing ecosystem.

You'll proactively build relationships and engage the community with multimedia content that tackles industry challenges head on - from recognition programmes, to polls and discussions, to industry meet-ups.

You'll also own day-to-day reporting and content planning, and work closely with our Content, Marketing, and Awards teams to drive measurable reach and growth across our platforms.

Joining our team will welcome you to a dynamic working environment, where you'll be delivering finger-on-the-pulse news commentary, attending glitzy award ceremonies, reporting on buzzing conferences and day events, and interviewing senior figures across the industry.

What You'll Do:

Produce high-quality editorial content across news, interviews, and opinion, focused on real industry problems and opportunities Be a leading voice of the partnership marketing community, building relationships and gathering insight through conversations, events, and social engagement Lead editorial storytelling for our awards shows Develop top lists and recognition programmes Create and appear in short-form video and social content, including on-camera commentary, interviews, and event coverage Plan and manage a rolling editorial calendar aligned to community sentiment, our conferences, events, and awards shows Support event storytelling with pre- and post-event content
What We're Looking For:

Required

Strong journalism or editorial writing experience Ability to turn complex industry topics into accessible, compelling stories Confident interviewing - written, audio, or video Comfortable appearing on camera and creating short-form social content Highly organised with excellent time management Strong relationship-building skills within a professional community Curious, proactive, and genuinely excited by the partnership marketing ecosystem
Desired

Good knowledge of affiliate and performance marketing Basic video editing or social editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Express, Canva etc.). Experience with top lists, recognition programmes or community-led content Track record of building relationships with senior professionals Ability to spot early trends and articulate their relevance
