Are you ready to take the next step in your digital marketing or web content career? We're offering an exciting opportunity to join our Digital Content Team within the Marketing, Recruitment and Communications department.
We're looking for a Digital Content Editor who's enthusiastic, creative, and passionate about digital storytelling. In this two-year fixed-term role, you'll lead a key project supporting our Connected Curriculum - working collaboratively across departments and with academic teams to showcase innovative, employment-focused aspects of our teaching.
You'll be at the forefront of creating high-performing content that enhances the University's reputation, supports student recruitment, and highlights our strengths in student experience, teaching quality, research impact, and industry relevance.
What you'll do:
Develop engaging, timely, and audience-focused content for the University's websites.
Collaborate with academic and professional teams to bring the Connected Curriculum to life.
Audit, edit, and optimise existing content using data, UX insights, and research to improve accessibility, SEO, and overall content design.
Champion content that reflects our values and drives performance.
What we're looking for:
Proven experience in writing and editing digital web content.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
A team player with a customer-focused mindset and the ability to work with stakeholders across the University.
A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating content that connects with diverse audiences.
Well organised and has demonstrable experience of managing a content project.
Drupal CMS experience is beneficial, but not essential as training will be provided.
