Full Time (40 hours per week)

22,973 - 24,000

Are you passionate about bringing people together and creating amazing experiences? We're looking for an enthusiastic Community Coordinator to be the friendly face of Tramshed Tech and help our members thrive.

As our Community Coordinator, you'll be at the centre of everything that makes our workspace special - from welcoming new members to organizing events that spark connections and collaboration.

Reporting to:

Community Manager

What You'll DoWelcome & Member Support



Be the first point of contact for members, visitors, and potential new members

Provide exceptional customer service and support across all community functions

Manage reception and ensure our spaces always look welcoming and professional

Community Building



Help organise and support on-site events and networking opportunities

Foster connections between members and create a thriving community atmosphere

Oversee virtual membership program: actively find new virtual members and accurately administer existing memberships

Effectively use and develop our community platform (Nexudus) to maximize its effectiveness

Nurture our community environment so members can operate and function at their absolute best

Operations & Administration



Handle day-to-day facilities management, postal services, housekeeping, and general admin

Manage sales administration and maximize sales opportunities by maintaining thorough understanding of all our capabilities and offerings

Maintain high standards across all community spaces

Support key business areas by adopting a collaborative "working together" approach

Provide backup coverage when needed

A Typical Day Might Include:



Greeting members with your morning coffee and a smile

Actively reaching out to potential virtual members and managing their onboarding

Helping a startup find the perfect meeting room for their investor pitch

Coordinating a lunch-and-learn session with a local entrepreneur

Processing sales administration and identifying new business opportunities

Managing postal deliveries and ensuring community spaces are clean and welcoming

Using Nexudus to enhance member experience and develop new platform features

Connecting two members who could collaborate on a project

Supporting other business areas with collaborative problem-solving
