Role Overview

As Events and Community Coordinator, you'll play a hands-on, city-hopping role bringing the Housr brand to life across the country.

Working closely with the Events and Community Executive and the wider marketing team, you'll plan and deliver everything from roaming giveaways and guerrilla stunts to large-scale events, while managing our network of student reps.

You'll be on the frontline of our student marketing efforts - building relationships with student societies and helping us build unforgettable brand moments that drive awareness and app downloads.

Key Responsibilities

Support Planning & Execution:

Co-own the rollout of marketing activations, events, and community engagement strategies in each city alongside our Events & Community Executive.

Event Management:

Help plan and run on-the-ground activations - from pub crawls and pop-ups to house parties and high-visibility stunts.

Rep Management:

Recruit, brief, motivate, and manage student reps in each city to deliver KPIs across app signups, leads, and engagement.

Community Integration:

Build relationships with student societies, sports teams, and venue owners. Regular outreach to secure collaborations, sponsorships, and event partnerships.

Brand Presence:

Help drive a constant and creative physical presence on campuses - roaming teams, giveaways, posters, sticker bombs, and unexpected brand moments.

Performance Tracking:

Monitor performance against KPIs set by the Global Head of Marketing and adapt plans based on what's working and what isn't

Field Support:

Spend regular time in each of the expansion cities to support reps, scout event locations, and ensure flawless execution on the ground.
