Starting Salary:

33,000 FTE per annum, pro-rata to 23,100 per annum.

We also provide personalised part-time and full-time alternative education environments for children and young people to overcome barriers to engagement and learning.

face of LPW Inspire

(our education training offer) and

LPW Connect

(our new business network).

This is a role for someone who thrives in social environments, communicates brilliantly, and is energised by bringing people together --

while also moving them through a clear pipeline toward action

.

You'll be responsible for:

Selling training places on LPW Inspire Continual Professional Development (CPD). Encouraging repeat bookings and upselling training packages. Building a community of supportive businesses. Encouraging business partners to donate, sponsor and support LPW. Managing and converting leads on the CRM.

In this role, your primary areas of responsibility will be:



Building relationships across education and business:



Connect with schools, colleges, Multi Academy Trusts and Local Authority teams. Build a Bristol-based business network through LPW Connect. Engage potential donors, sponsors and supporters.

Hosting and presenting at events:



Welcome and introduce speakers. Host CPD tasters, education networking sessions and business breakfasts. Represent LPW at provider networks and conferences.

Driving engagement - You will actively move people through our pipelines:



Education sales pipeline (LPW Inspire)
- Identify warm leads.

- Follow up with attendees.

- Convert interest into CPD bookings.

- Upsell full programs and whole-school training.

- Help schools choose the most relevant CPD.

- Track progress and actions in the CRM.

Business support pipeline (LPW Connect)
- Build relationships with Bristol businesses.

- Encourage them to join the network.

- Promote donation and sponsorship opportunities.

- Support the cultivation of long-term corporate supporters.

- Log all movements in the CRM and support stewardship plans.

Using tech confidently:



Update CRM (HubSpot) with all leads, actions and conversations. Use Teams/Zoom, Eventbrite and email marketing. Work with the marketing team to create eye-catching event promotions Create interesting and engaging posts on social media, primarily LinkedIn.

Creating a sense of community and belonging:



Keep members updated and engaged. Build momentum through events, conversations and follow-ups. Make every person feel welcomed, valued and supported.

What you will bring to this role:



Knowledge and understanding of:

Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Excellent communication skills -- verbal and written -- with the ability to engage confidently at all levels. Strong negotiation, persuasion, and presentation skills. How to coordinate events and training logistics effectively.
Experience of:

Working and networking with people at different levels, building positive relationships. Managing projects or coordinating multiple activities with different stakeholders. Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently. Initiating and developing relationships with a wide range of people. Achieving set targets and delivering results. Collating, analysing, and presenting information clearly. Using technology effectively, including Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and online communications platforms. Preparing proposals and generating reports. Working with social media and online platforms to promote activities, and understand social analytics to ensure strong post performance/engagement.
The skills and ability to:

Be a strong communicator -- written and verbal -- and build long-term relationships. Plan and manage workload to achieve targets and meet deadlines. Manage multiple relationships and opportunities at the same time. Represent LPW positively in all settings.
