We have two exciting Administration/facility management assistant position that has opened to provide support to in the Pioneer Group Facilities Team. The positions provide comprehensive administrative and facility management support to ensure the smooth operation of The Pioneer Group estate facilities and organisational activities. The roles involve preparing marketing and promotional materials, managing bookings and purchasing systems, sourcing and purchasing of materials, coordinating facility setup and assisting with community and project development initiatives. Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support for day-to-day operations of The Pioneer estates team community hub facilities and Pioneer organisational projects.
Prepare and distribute marketing and promotional materials to support community engagement and facility use.
Manage booking, scheduling, and purchasing systems to ensure efficient facility use and resource allocation.
Coordinate facility setup and maintenance in line with event or booking requirements.
Support project development activities for community facilities and broader community initiatives.
Liaise with internal teams, community groups, and external partners to support Pioneer's objectives.
Provide additional administrative or operational support as required by the organisation.
Working within a small team, the successful candidates will be required to work in admin offices across the estate but primarily at The Sanctuary, Castle Vale and as dictated by the hub activity diary. The role is 18.5 hours per week and a permanent position. The salary will be 24,242 pro rata going up to 26,298 after passing probation.
