We are looking for an enthusiastic, resourceful and forward-thinking individual to join our Housing Team, with the main focus supporting our tenants and their housing and support leads predominantly within our Plymouth portfolio, with occasional support across Devon and Cornwall services. You will be working alongside a dedicated team of housing officers with experience of working within supported housing for individuals with additional care and support needs.

Driving license and access to a vehicle (Essential)
CIH Qualification L2/3
OR
similar experience (Desirable)
Great interpersonal skills
Ability to adapt and learn to new experiences
A willingness to grow your supported housing skills
Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment
Confident to plan independent schedules
You will be responsible for:
Liaising with our tenants and their network to ensure a safe, suitable and habitable home
Health & Safety Inspections
Identifying repairs and maintenance to maintain a high standard of accomodation
Supporting benefits and eligibility for funding
Welcoming and friendly approach to nurture stakeholder relationships
