Community Liaison - Home-Care Outreach (Part-time, 3 days) Walfinch Home Care - North Tyneside | Newcastle | South Tyneside

Pay & Hours

12,500 basic salary for roughly 20 flexible hours a week (three flexible weekdays). Uncapped performance bonus for every client you introduce -- typical bonuses are 200-300 each, giving a realistic first-year OTE of 20,000-25,000, with higher potential for strong performers. Mileage, parking and branded materials covered.

Families, hospitals, and local professionals often struggle to access trusted home-care support quickly. You'll be the friendly face who explains our service, connects people to help, and keeps Walfinch prominent in the community.

What you'll be doing:

Visit hospital discharge hubs, GP practices, and district-nurse teams to share our "ready in 24 hours" capacity updates. Meet with solicitors, financial advisers, and charity leaders for coffee; leave our info pack and follow up regularly. Host or attend community events - dementia cafes, church groups, wellbeing fairs (slides and leaflets provided). Post quick success stories or event notices on our social channels (templates available). Log every contact in a simple CRM, arrange free assessments with our Care Manager, and monitor the outcomes for your bonus.

You'll be suitable for the role if you:

Have networked, fund-raised, or built referrals within health, social care, charity, lettings, or recruitment sectors Enjoy organising your own diary and meeting people face-to-face rather than spending all day in front of a screen Feel at ease delivering a friendly five-minute talk (we provide training and materials) Can maintain a basic spreadsheet or CRM up to date without reminders Hold a UK driving licence and have access to a car
