Your Role as a Care Assistant

You'll provide

one-to-one, person-centred care

to older adults in their own homes, including:

Personal care, medication reminders, and daily routines Friendly companionship and emotional support Help with errands, appointments, and outings Supporting independence, dignity, and comfort during longer visits (2-6+ hours)

What You'll Get

13.25/hour (weekdays), 14.25/hour (weekends)

Paid travel time

between visits at 13.25/hour

Mileage allowance:

40p per mile

What You'll Need
