At People for Animal Care Trust (PACT), our shops are more than retail spaces -- they are community hubs with purpose. Every item donated, every sale made, and every volunteer supported helps to fund our mission of giving "Second Chances" to animals in need.

We are looking for a Community Manager to take ownership of one of our busy charity shops. This role is about more than managing a store. It's about building a thriving volunteer team, delivering commercial results, and ensuring your shop is a welcoming, safe, and ethical space that reflects PACT's values.

What You'll Do:

? Lead your shop to achieve ambitious sales, Gift Aid, and donation targets.

? Inspire, recruit, and support a team of dedicated volunteers.

? Monitor KPIs set within Job requirements.

? Maintain exceptional retail standards and ensure full compliance with PACT policies.

? Manage financial controls, banking, and stock processes with accuracy.

? Act as a visible ambassador for PACT in your local community -- building partnerships, fostering donor loyalty, and promoting volunteering.

What You'll Bring:

? Proven experience in retail or charity shop management.

? Strong commercial awareness with the ability to deliver against targets.

? Excellent leadership and people skills, especially in motivating volunteers.

? Knowledge of safeguarding, H&S, and retail compliance.

? Resilience, organisation, and confidence to represent PACT locally.
