Job Description

We are looking for an experienced coworking or customer service team member to join us as we build our rapidly growing team. The role of Community Manager is an exciting and varied role that covers all aspects of running the location.

The right candidate will have the ability to actively drive community engagement within their location whilst maintaining a high level of customer service, build meaningful working relationships and create a seamless member experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

Member Engagement & Retention:



Deliver a positive member experience within your community ensuring high levels of member satisfaction.

Be the go-to person in your location for all member queries, resolving any issues in a timely manner.

Cover the front desk when necessary.

Sales, Marketing and Events:



Reporting to the Senior Community Manager to source new member perks and incentives for FOUNDRY members.

Work alongside the marketing team as and when required.

Create and deliver engaging member events.

Ensure weekly members newsletters are sent.

Ensure all events are in line with company marketing.

Conduct tours following the complete sales process when required.

Carry out walk-in tours for hot desking memberships when required.

Working alongside the Senior Community Manager to achieve your location KPI's.

Update and complete sales CRM as required.

Location operations & Facilities management:



Managing ongoing communication with operation & maintenance teams (respectively) to ensure that processes are running smoothly.

Manage the Community Hosts.

Manage a location rota.

Report any facilities or operational issues to the relevant department.

Carry out regular building walks to ensure FOUNDRY operating standards are maintained.

Skills & Knowledge:



Experience working within a coworking space or building communities.

Outstanding communication and listening skills and should be able to boost brand awareness.

Natural connector and enabler.

Highly motivated individual who is happy to work in a distributed team.

Great organisational skills and capacity for working independently.

Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 9 months

Pay: 26,000.00-28,000.00 per year
