We are seeking a Community & Membership Coordinator who will serve as the driving force behind the operational and relational development of this growing global platform.
Job Overview
This is a foundational role designed for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, coordination, and soulful execution. The coordinator will serve as the engine behind the community and membership ecosystem, translating vision into structure, and structure into meaningful action.
They will oversee systems, communications, and stakeholder coordination to bring the community's founding phase to life. Reporting directly to the Director, this role requires independence, creativity, and deep personal motivation.
It is not an administrative position, it is a builder's role for someone capable of harmonising beauty, clarity, and function.
Key Responsibilities
1. Development & Coordination
- Support the design and rollout of the membership and community framework.
- Manage all onboarding, communication, and engagement processes with care and precision.
- Build and maintain digital systems for community management (CRM, onboarding flows, automations, analytics).
- Ensure consistent data accuracy, GDPR compliance, and reporting.
2. Stakeholder & Launch Management
- Coordinate across digital, creative, and operational partners to maintain project flow.
- Track deliverables, timelines, and milestones using structured dashboards and tools.
- Lead regular update meetings to ensure momentum and accountability.
- Translate strategy sessions into actionable plans and documentation.
3. Community & Experience Building
- Curate and manage digital and in-person experiences for members and collaborators.
- Create engaging communication materials, newsletters, welcome messages, follow-ups, and reports.
- Build personal relationships with early community members, fostering trust and alignment.
- Collect and interpret feedback to continuously refine the community experience.
4. Brand Alignment & Presentation
- Maintain the brand's tone of voice, aesthetic, and refinement in all outward and internal communication.
- Represent the organisation with professionalism, composure, and integrity.
- Bridge strategic intent with operational excellence, ensuring that the essence of the brand is carried through every detail.
Qualifications and Experience
- 3-5 years' experience in community, membership, or project coordination within luxury, hospitality, creative, or wellness sectors.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems, digital workflows, and project management tools (Monday, Notion, Flodesk, HubSpot, etc.).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Comfortable working remotely and autonomously, with a focus on results.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.

Compensation and Incentives
Base Salary: 22,000 - 30,000 GBP per annum (or equivalent in USD).
