Community Relationship Coordinator

, you'll be at the heart of our brand's online presence, nurturing relationships with our amazing lash community, creators, and customers. You'll be the friendly voice behind the DMs, the conversation starter in our groups, and the connector who helps turn everyday followers into passionate brand fans.

What We're Looking For

You're creative, confident, and naturally social, the kind of person who can jump into a conversation, spot a great piece of user-generated content, and make people feel seen and appreciated. Ideally, you've spent at least a year managing online communities, social media, or influencer relations (but we're open to meeting fast learners with the right spark). You'll need great communication skills, an eye for genuine engagement, and a passion for helping the LashBase community grow and thrive.

Key duties and responsibilities:

- Managing our social media inboxes (DMs, comments, and mentions). Replying with warmth and personality
- Engaging daily in our Facebook Group and broadcast channels, sparking conversations, sharing updates, and keeping the vibe positive.
- Supporting with PR activity by helping identify creators, managing outreach lists, and coordinating gifting or collab opportunities.
- Building genuine relationships with lash artists, creators, and brand lovers across platforms.
- Spotting amazing UGC and community stories to share with the social team
- Supporting collabs and mini activations that help grow our brand love and reach.
- Feeding back insights from the community to help shape campaigns, launches, and content ideas.

Skills, qualifications and experience:

- Minimum 1 year in community, social media, creator or influencer relations (preferred but not essential).
- Strong written communication skills, confident in managing messages & online group discussions.
- Comfortable with influencer/PR collaboration.
- Energetic, creative, and ready to help the LashBase community grow.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 28,000.00 per year
