37.5 per weeks






Responsibilities:

Are you organised, proactive, and passionate about supporting community healthcare? We're looking for a dynamic Administrator to join our Community Nursing Network (South) in South Kirklees.




In this vital role, you'll be the daily point of contact for our nursing teams, helping coordinate clinical tasks, manage equipment and stock, support mobile staff, and keep our systems running smoothly. You'll play a key part in improving patient care through efficient admin support and data quality.


What you'll bring:

Strong communication and organisational skills Confidence using clinical systems (like SystmOne) A caring, team-focused attitude Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks Based in Health centres may need to travel to other bases as requested

What you'll do:

Support clinical teams with scheduling, documentation, and audits Manage stock, and equipment orders Help streamline processes and improve service delivery Be a key link between patients, staff, and wider services Core hours 8-5pm with maximum of 2 late shifts 1- 9pm and one weekend ( Saturday and Sunday mornings only a present ) over a 4 week roster period.
