Job Summary:


We are looking for a passionate and proactive

Community Liaison

to support communication and coordination between our organization and our partner campuses. This

hybrid position

is perfect for someone who enjoys both office-based administrative work and on-site collaboration with school staff. You will serve as a key connection between our therapy team and the schools we serve--ensuring smooth service delivery, promoting awareness of our programs, and helping maintain high-quality standards across campuses.

Key Responsibilities:



Coordinate and participate in

site visits

, meetings, and events at school campuses and other locations. Oversee

quality control

measures to ensure services meet expectations and gather feedback for improvement. Manage

outreach communications

, including emailing and following up with new or potential school partners. Support

marketing and social media efforts

to highlight programs and enhance engagement. Prepare regular

reports and updates

for internal leadership and stakeholders. Assist in coordinating therapist schedules, service issues, and follow-up tasks with schools. Represent TTC in a professional and responsive manner during campus interactions.

Qualifications:



Experience in

program coordination

, school-based services, or a similar liaison/support role. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in professional email correspondence. Proficiency in

social media management

and digital tools for outreach. Ability to work independently and manage time across multiple locations. Familiarity with public school systems or special education services is a plus.
