Community Outreach Personal Assistant (MUST BE A CAR OWNER/DRIVER) 35hrs per week



Come and join our wonderful Community Outreach Team who provide support, services and guidance for people with an Acquired Brain Injury enabling them to improve their independence at home and in the community leading to an improved quality of life.

Our pay scale starts at the National Living Wage of 12.36ph, includes six levels of pay up to 12.76ph (for qualified and experienced Community Outreach Personal Assistant) and we have hours to suit your lifestyle.



We are looking to recruit

2 x enthusiastic, friendly, positive, caring, self-motivated individuals

for

35 hours per week each,

who have the drive, personality and reliability to make a real difference to our clients' lives.

Your role will involve supporting

clients with an acquired brain injury to attend appointments, public transport training, accessing education and voluntary work, social and leisure activities, shopping in the community and assist with day to day living skills in their homes. Minimum personal care may be required.

Staff wear all appropriate PPE including masks when required to by clients.

Applicants will need to be a Car Driver / Owner who are willing to obtain business insurance

and have experience of working with disabilities, have, or be willing to gain a Level 2 or 3 Diploma in Adult Care.

Experience of working with brain injury desirable.
