Community Project Support

worker to join our dynamic team and help us deliver impactful support projects that change lives.

This is a part time 6 month fixed term role, working 22.5 hours per week. Flexible with days/hours (can be worked over 3,4 or 5 days)



Please note that the 25k salary is for a full time role so it will be pro rata for the flexible hours.




As a key member of the Hopestead team, you'll provide vital administrative and organisational support across a range of community-focused initiatives. You'll work closely with the Community Project Lead on our Hope at Home project, ensuring individuals and families have access to essential items to thrive in their new homes.


You'll also collaborate with colleagues across the organisation, supporting:

Fundraising campaigns and events Social media engagement Research and campaigning Board organisation and minute-taking

What we are looking for:



Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong administrative and digital skills A team-player mindset with a proactive, solutions-focused approach Meticulous attention to detail and accurate record-keeping Empathy and the ability to communicate clearly and compassionately GCSE-level education or equivalent
